Two bodies and a courtyard,11,3-10,8-12,10 meters north-south sequence (building - patio - building), and 22.40 meters height, shape this building, which its organized by basement, ground floor, six floors and rooftop. 

At ground floor and first floor it's placed an equipment designed to provide accomodation to social exclusion risk people. The rent housing units for seniors program occupies the remaining floors. Dwellings are divided into two differents units, with 2-3 and 4-6 capacity respectively.
