This is the project of new construction of a multi-family building with 96 homes and parking, located on the island located between Dolors Almeda Street, Carretera B-200 and Carrer Sant Ferran, in the municipality Cornellà del Llobregat, Baix Llobregat region, for the promoter Can Mercader Parc S.L.
A building consisting of two buildings separated by an open courtyard with a north-south sequence of 15.30m / 23.40m / 15.30m (building / patio / building) is planned. These two buildings have north-south orientation and a built depth of 12.80m in both cases with balconies on the south facade of 2.50m deep. The two buildings have a length of 68.25 meters and are aligned to the limit of the plot in Dolors Almeda street. The heights are PB+4PP for the south building (Building B) and PB+6PP for the north building (Building A). Access to building A is due to its northern façade, while access to building B is due to its southern slope. Both accesses cross the buildings linking the ground floor of the houses with the garden community area.
The large garden area located between the two buildings contains the swimming pool, a children's play area and two rest areas, one paved with wood and the other with clear plant treatment. In this open strip of 22.40m wide by 75m are also located the evacuation exits from the car park as well as the transforming stations that have access through Dolors Almeda street.
