A building consisting of two built bodies separated by an inner courtyard with a north-south sequence of 11.3-10.8-12.10 meters (building - courtyard - building) is projected. The height of the building is 22.40 meters and is organized in basement, ground floor, six floors and roof. 

The building consists of a program formed by a ground floor and first floor facility designed to provide accommodation for people at risk of social exclusion and endowment housing for elderly people on rent located on the rest of the floors. In the case of accommodation, two differentiated units are planned with capacity for 2-3 and 4-6 people respectively.
