This is the project of a new multi-family building with 45 homes, 27 car parking spaces, 6 motorcycle parking spaces and 13 storage rooms, located on the island located between Marià Fortuny Street, La Garrotxa Street, Sant Vicenç Ferrer Street and Sant Ferran Street, in the Cornellà del Llobregat municipality, Baix Llobregat region, for the promoter Can Mercader Parc S.L.
A linear building with east-west orientation and a built depth of 16.30 m is planned. The building has overhanging bodies open to Carrer Sant Ferran and Carrer de la Garrotxa of 1.50 m length.
The height is PB+4PP. Access to the building is by its west façade on Carrer de Sant Ferran.
All homes have cross ventilation and have two facades with different orientations.
