It is about maintaining tourist activity (zoological and botanical exhibition) transforming the type of uses and buildings to adapt them to the current public service needs in the Natural Park, maintaining private domain and management. It is proposed to combine the hotel service with the restaurant and meeting rooms that allow hosting a multitude of events derived from the life of the park and the municipality of Níjar, as well as others from public administrations or private companies outside the local scope.
We opted for a semi-buried architecture, with green roofs, which dissolves its volume by interspersing patios with palm trees, is fully compatible with a landscape of dry area such as the one we are dealing with.
The program includes 84 rooms, with reception, bar, dining room, an exhibition room, and a swimming pool. They are also organized, a health area with spa and gym and the convention area. The different meeting rooms are served directly from the kitchen and warehouse area that is located on the same level, together with the loading-download area. It has 117 parking spaces.
