Can Cervera is a block surrounded by three streets and Cornellà Avenue, with 130 dwellings, community garden, commercial and parking.

-Floating Building: ground floor finished with glass and aluminum, lightweight opposed to other opaque plants.

-The Terrace as compositional element facing the program: three dwellings floor program gives the facade a difficult architectural composition. The horizontal composition of the terraces combined with vertical brick stripes, expands and tightens the composition, providing different tensions to each part of the building.
