The Barcelona Avenue UD1, with precedents such as the 22@ in Barcelona, suposes the change of use of an important industrial belt 1.2 kilometres length between Planes neighborhood and Fontsanta's Park. Due to the establishment of 10 development estates, with independent developing ways and a buliding rights 1.82 (floor area per available plot area), this avenue is a mechanism that guarantees the unity of the set and the flexibility of its formalities.
