Description
The purpose of this contest is the construction of 115 houses conditioned by a planning search for volumetric uniformity and continuity between all the buildings in the field of action. We propose to harmonise the composition of the facades with those of the existing buildings, generating a continuous exterior space throughout the perimeter and using a modulation of the facade similar to that of the buildings already built. Unlike these, the perimeter terrace is an open body in all its extension that acts as an extension of the rooms and as a climate and privacy regulator.
A versatile, de-hierarchical and designed housing with a gender perspective is proposed. All rooms (bedrooms and rooms) are located on the outer perimeter, in direct relation to the terrace, which becomes an extension of the interior spaces and a space for mediation between the rooms and the city, providing privacy and environmental control at the same time. All double rooms have the same dimensions, avoiding hierarchies and facilitating multiple uses and organizations.
