Modification of Master Plan definitively approved in 2024.

 

A new neighborhood located to the north of El Prat, and to the south of Gran Via, connected to the urban center, the international airport and the Sants station.
The pacificated roads surround a mesh of superblocks that are linked to a central green thorn 24 m wide that connects the three large parks in the area.
The consideration of the area as a sustainable space is proposed based on the definition of self-consumption strategies, regenerated water management, low impact materials, substantial improvements in the insulation of buildings, the installation of a large photovoltaic pergola with acoustic screen function in the front of the Gran Vía.
The planning proposal guarantees the sunning of more than 95% of the facades considered. 
Of the 5,730 homes more than 40% will be of official protection and 20% of affordable rental regime.
