We are on a plot between the western industrial area and the Almeda neighborhood. We opted to organise the building aligned with Carrer Sant Ferran, which gives continuity to the façade of the building on the island to the north. It is a linear bar of PB+4PP.
The green area and the equipment area are located parallel to the building facing La Garrotxa street. A small pacified road is proposed three meters wide that connects Marià Fortuny and Vicenç Ferrer streets, and runs between the plot classified as 18 and the plots 7b and 6b. With the incorporation of this “passage” a correct separation between plots is guaranteed.
