Description

In reciprocity between urban planning and architecture, the project and the planning task are at service of this opening operation of ville nouvelle center (Cergy-Pontoise) to the North. A bridge building office and residential block is proposed, assuming the complexity associated with its double reading (pedestrians - automobile) and location of the North exit of the station and parking under the main slab.
