Basic and project executive at Avda . Baix Llobregat Project 2002.

 

The project involves the transformation of the industrial building of the 60s into a tertiary office center by Bayer Euroservices. From its dimensions of 50x70 m and PB+5PP, central courtyards open and the height increases to PB+7PP. The final building has undergone changes in its conception since originally half the volume was planned for hotel and the facade was resolved with a double glazed skin, which was dismissed for budgetary reasons.
