Changing PGM definitively approved in 2002 The project involves the transformation of the building industry in the 60 tertiary center Euroservices office by Bayer . From the dimensions of 50x70 m . and PB + 5pp , open central courtyards and increased the height PB + 7PP . The final building has undergone changes in its conception as half the volume was originally planned for hotel facade was resolved with a double skin of glass, which was dismissed for budgetary reasons.
