This Urban improvement plan develops the urban conditions of the plot located between Avinguda Barcelona, and the streets Dolors Almeda, Marià Fortuny and Sant Ferran, located within the "Sector Almeda" of the municipality of Cornellà de Llobregat.

The new residential island provides new public land for roads, green areas and community endowments, and the redevelopment of the entire island. It has a strategic value, since it succeeds the transformation of Industrial to residential of the entire strip of five islands, today industrial, between Av.
